Thought journal 381: I know, Nick has said to not get our expectations up too high, and lord knows I've tried, but Vic losing on his appeals really stung. I was hoping and praying that Vic would get the best outcome and finally receive some justice, but sadly that's not going to be the case, which I call BS on since he provided a lot of evidence that he's been wronged. That being said, I don't want this to come off as a total loss. I know I'm gonna sound like someone high on cope, but here's the thing about this situation: a lot of mask came off. We found out a lot about the voice actors at Funimation/crunchyroll, from how their basically one big click, to black listing someone out of the industry if they sneeze the wrong way. There's also the fact that they've done the exact same thing certain pros in the comic industry have done with talking down to their consumers or blocking them for no good reason. So, I'm Considering Leaving...

   Hey, peeps. As the title suggests, I am heavily considering leaving, mainly because only my "Spirited Away" deviations get some form of recognition. To me, this is severely irritating, as I have many other stories out there; but I think the main reason might be that my interests have changed over the 3-4 years I've been on DA. I'm no longer an anime person and have moved on to writing my own original work as of late instead of fan fiction.   However, this doesn't mean that I am shutting my page down. For All the Hobbit Fans Out There...

Since the Blu-Ray of The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug Extended Edition comes out on November 4, I figured it was time to celebrate the release. To help celebrate the Extended Edition's release, I am going to be posting my fan fiction novel Smaug here on DA for Hobbit fans to read. I will be posting one chapter of the story starting on November 4 every day until around Thanksgiving, since there are 22 chapters and an epilogue. Hopefully, fans of Tolkien will like it, as well as fans of the Hobbit films, mainly because I did as much research as possible to create a plausible back-story for Smaug. Cleaning Up my DA Page

   So, I've chosen to clean up my DA page and delete some stories I never completed and may never complete. The reason for this is because I want to focus on my own original works and not fan fictions at the moment. I've got 8 novel ideas and a few short story ideas that I want to put at the center of my attention, some of which I will be posting here and not on my FictionPress due to using real historical figures.   I hope you all had a good summer and good luck with school this year!
